The Danny Sinoff Trio takes the Great American Songbook to new heights. Sinoff is a dynamic and charismatic pianist and his voice has an uncanny likeness to a young Sinatra, with a vibrant influence of Harry Connick, Jr. His style is both swinging and heartfelt, and his performances have garnered him a loyal following across southwest Florida.
Dynamic singer in multiple styles -- classics, standards, jazz, blues
Decyo McDuffie is an up-and-coming jazz vocalist whose classic sound harkens back to swing jazz styles from the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Critics have compared him to greats like Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis, and have even called him “a male version of Billie Holiday.”
Decyo aims to fill the void in the lack of classic/crooner-style black male jazz vocalists today and continue the legacy of the greats that have paved the way for him.
With over three decades of experience, Carmen is a seasoned musician proficient at playing guitar and piano. A master in the art of reading a crowd, he plays virtually all kinds of music, seamlessly transitioning from the upbeat into soulful melodies. A fan of timeless tunes including Neil Diamond, Andrea Bocelli's, Dean Martin; to contemporary and even reggae. For the London Club, he brings all his best Crooner stylings and more; with Carmen, the sky is the limit.
Brandon Robertson is a notable upright/electric bassist originally from Tampa, Fl. Currently, Brandon is the Director of Jazz Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University's Bower School of Music. Join him for an evening of classic jazz standards featured from the Great American Songbook as well as original compositions.
Original singer/songwriter with powerful, bluesy, soulful vocals and rhythmic acoustic guitar. Chadwick performs a mix of originals, classic rock, bluegrass and eclectic alternative music.
A native of Seattle, Rebecca received her vocal jazz performance degree from Cornish College of the Arts. Performance credits in Seattle include The Seattle Symphony, Civic Light Opera, Spirit Cruises, The Bill Nye Show, and Tula's.
This group includes five of the most versatile and talented musicians. Their experiences draw from all across the United States and Europe which enables the listener to enjoy a very wide range of jazz & blues selections that will satisfy any musical taste.
Holman is the founding father of many jazz programs in Chicago, including, Chambers, Chicago Blue Note, Frankie's Blue Room, Tony's Paisons, Delaney & Murphy's, Regina's. He was born on June 4, 1954 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received a scholarship to attend the University of Miami as a studio music and jazz major on piano, where at the same time he began to perform professionally on Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale on guitar and vocals. Later, he would go on to lead his own bands on piano , performing most of the major venues in the South Florida area.
Special guest with Danny Sinoff May 8.
By age 33, Emmy-nominated trumpeter and singer Benny Benack III has proven to be that rarest of talents: not only a fiery trumpet player with a stirring command of the postbop trumpet vernacular in the vein of Kenny Dorham and Freddie Hubbard, but also a singer with a sly, mature, naturally expressive delivery in the post-Sinatra mold, performing standards and his own astute songs with a thrilling sense of showmanship.
